Last Namba 2.0’ is the follow up EP to Mawiza’s Debut album Last Namba. The EP is influenced by Kwaito sounds, a Southern African genre which became popular among the youth in the late 90s, a sound which gave birth to popular sub genres like Amapiano etc. Last Namba 2.0 focuses on creating positive social change in communities in matters which include mental health, gender based violence, the positive side of love, youth experiences and lifestyle, life in general and fashion.
